{"id":21,"date":"2025-11-27T11:44:43","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T11:44:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/proves\/webs_wail\/wordpress\/?page_id=21"},"modified":"2025-12-05T10:10:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T10:10:12","slug":"adhesio-establiments","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/xn--viuelcomerlocal-nmb.cat\/index.php\/adhesio-establiments\/","title":{"rendered":"Adhesi\u00f3 Establiments"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Benvolgudes i benvolguts,<br>Em dirigeixo a vosaltres com a alcaldessa de Pacs del Pened\u00e8s per presentar-vos la nova campanya \u201c<strong>VIU EL COMER\u00c7 LOCAL<\/strong>\u201d, creada per refor\u00e7ar, visibilitzar i promoure el nostre teixit comercial i productiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-6c531013 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Pacs \u00e9s un municipi amb una economia arrelada al territori, amb cellers, vivers, restauraci\u00f3 i comer\u00e7 de proximitat que enriqueixen la nostra identitat. Alhora, som conscients dels reptes que afronta el petit comer\u00e7 i la pagesia. Per aix\u00f2, des de l\u2019Ajuntament iniciem aquesta iniciativa per promoure el consum local, posar en valor el producte de quil\u00f2metre zero i enfortir la sostenibilitat econ\u00f2mica del municipi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels elements centrals de la campanya \u00e9s la moneda PAC (1 Pac = 1 \u20ac). Totes les ve\u00efnes i ve\u00efns rebran una targeta amb 100 Pacs per gastar als establiments adherits, amb l\u2019objectiu de dinamitzar el comer\u00e7 i refor\u00e7ar el vincle entre la ciutadania i els negocis del poble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, us detallem els dos aspectes principals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adhesi\u00f3 a la campanya: requisits i procediment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui s\u2019hi pot adherir?<\/strong><br>Tots els establiments de comer\u00e7 al detall ubicats a Pacs del Pened\u00e8s que:<br>\u25cf No estiguin afectats per l\u2019article 13 de la Llei 38\/2003.<br>\u25cf Estiguin al corrent de les obligacions tribut\u00e0ries, amb la Seguretat Social i amb l\u2019Ajuntament.<br>\u25cf Presentin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formulari de sol\u00b7licitud (annexat i disponible al web municipal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI\/NIE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat de titularitat banc\u00e0ria i full de dades banc\u00e0ries.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Terminis de presentaci\u00f3:<\/strong><br>De <strong>l\u20191 al 12 de desembre de 2025<\/strong>, presencialment a l\u2019OAC o via inst\u00e0ncia gen\u00e8rica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termini d\u2019execuci\u00f3 i justificaci\u00f3<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El per\u00edode d\u2019execuci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de <strong>l\u20191 de gener al 31 de mar\u00e7 del 2026.<\/strong><br>La justificaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 autom\u00e0tica i l\u2019Ajuntament efectuar\u00e0 les liquidacions en quatre per\u00edodes:<br>\u25cf 1a: de l\u20191 al 20 de gener<br>\u25cf 2a: del 21 de gener al 20 de febrer<br>\u25cf 3a: del 21 de febrer al 20 de mar\u00e7<br>\u25cf 4a: del 21 de mar\u00e7 al 10 d\u2019abril<br>L\u2019Ajuntament podr\u00e0 sol\u00b7licitar comprovants de venda per validar els imports subvencionats.<br>Tots vosaltres formeu part essencial del present i del futur de Pacs del Pened\u00e8s.
